The Supreme Pizza
Oweeee the BEST vegan pizza I've ever had!!!! Areli was amazing as my server! The portion size of the slices were plentiful and delicious!!!!
Sancocho (Bowl)
I never even knew this dish existed before I saw it one the menu so of course I had to try it because is there anything better than trying new foods you haven't tried before? And I'm so glad I did because it was absolutely delicious! So comforting and warm and yet somehow refreshing in its tanginess, 10/10!
Tortilla Soup (Bowl)
I loved the soup. It was a nice hearty dish that I enjoyed while just relaxing reading a book.
Enchiladas
What a quaint and lovely spot!! My daughter brought me to her favorite Vegan spot on the eve of her dissertation defense!?. The server was so friendly and inviting and I enjoyed the food and I'm not a Vegetarian. Def coming back again. Love this area!
Ginger Flame
Ginger is my favorite ingredient and this drink used it well! So delightful!
Tres Leches
I grew up on the border, navigating both Mexico and Texas, and loving my heritage. Going vegan meant sacrifice, in some regard. I gave up carne asadas and my abuelita's tres leches cake. Until now. Holy heck, was this thing incredible. I ate it alongside my wife, and she noticed my teary-eyed yet joyful expression upon my first bite. I always loved tres leches, but usually the sweetness got to me after a few bites; not true in the case of both my abuela's version and this version. Ginger Mule threads the needle so perfectly to craft a cake that tastes like the first bite every time. The sweetness is playful and comes from a variety of sources, and the texture is...of course moist, but solid enough to create cohesive explosions of flavor. But what they're really selling is nostalgia and heritage, and showing the world it's possible to go vegan without giving any of that up. Muchas gracias, Ginger Mule.
3 Birria Tacos
I had brunch with a friend here last week. Awesome delicious food, excellent attentive service. I could not get enough of this food so much, that I asked if another location could be added in Clear Lake NASA area. I can not rave enough about how good the food is!! My latte was top notch as well. I can not wait to visit and dig in again!! Did I mention the Vegan Tres Letches Cake was to die for??!! Who knew??
Cauliflower Bites
The cauliflower bites were so amazing! perfect amount of crispy and had so much flavor!!! Need to try them again soon!

Like a party in your mouth! Bursts of flavor and textures!
Carrot Pina
Cardamom is an underrated spice, and I'm always so happy when people use it in inventive ways like this drink! It was delicious!
